Recruitment-Advertising Contract Discounts

Recruitment marketing is a dynamic, ongoing process. When you place a display recruitment ad with Philanthropy Careers, the recruitmentadvertising section of The Chronicle of Philanthropy, you can reach the best-qualified candidates in the nonprofit world: the 130,000 people who read The Chronicle in print and the 80,000 unique monthly visitors to our Web site.

The Chronicle of Philanthropy now offers three agreement options for 6, 12 or 24 insertions of print display ads placed during a 12-month period:

The same guidelines apply to each:

  • The discount is deducted from the per-column-inch rate in effect at the time the ad is placed.

  • The agreement period runs for 12 months starting with the date of the first insertion.

  • There is no limit on the number of ads that can be run at the discount as long as the minimum number are run by the end of the 12-month period.

  • Repeat discounts and multiple-publication discounts (when the same ad is run in The Chronicle of Philanthropy and our sister publication, The Chronicle of Higher Education) will be deducted from the discounted rate for additional savings. Display ads that benefit from a repeat discount will not be counted toward the fulfillment of this agreement.

  • Color can be included with any print display ad for an additional charge of $1,435 per insertion.
