Employer Profiles put key information about your organization online on The Chronicle's Philanthropy Careers just a click away from your job announcements.
Now all the interesting and important information about your organization -- much more than can be included in a job listing -- will be available 24/7 on Philanthropy Careers. You'll have your own recruitment page on our Web site, where thousands of job seekers in the nonprofit world look first.
You can use a Profile to provide the details you'd like candidates to have about your organization: your mission and traditions, the culture of your organization, items of local interest -- as well as the practical information every job seeker wants, such as employment policies, benefits information, or even an online application.

Your Profile will always be linked to each job announcement you post with Philanthropy Careers. In addition, each print display ad you run will include a special icon indicating that your organization has a Profile online: We also include an index of current Profile advertisers in every issue of the paper to drive traffic to your online Profile.
You can receive a discounted rate on your Employer Profile when you sign a recruitment-advertising contract to run print display ads.
