A medical doctor who also holds a master’s degree in public health, previously he was chief medical and quality officer and senior vice president at the Quality and Performance Institute at University Research Co.

Shelley Davis, president of the Forest Preserve Foundation, will become president and CEO of the $165 million foundation in Chicago on November 16.

Daphne de Souza Lima Sorensen has been named president. She will report to Chesca Colloredo-Mansfeld, the CEO of this medical group that treats clubfoot disability in 29 countries.
Sorensen most recently worked at the Lumos Foundation as regional director for Latin America and Caribbean programs.

Derek Hodkey, chief operating officer at Counterpart International, has been hired as CEO and president. He follows Bob Ranck, who is retiring after leading the blindness-prevention charity for four years.

Kari Shults, interim vice president for advancement at Tulsa Community College and president of the TCC Foundation for the past year, will continue in the posts on a permanent basis. Previously, she was senior director of marketing and communications.
Helene Stebbins, deputy director at the Alliance for Early Success, has been promoted to executive director. She succeeds Lisa Klein, who is stepping down after 12 years.
Rachel Watts, director of teen programs and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at ArtsConnection, has been promoted to executive director.
Abigail Westbrook, chief strategy officer for 412 Food Rescue, is now executive director of Social Venture Partners Cleveland. She replaces Hilary Sparks-Roberts, who is stepping down after nine years at the charity and six years as its leader.

LaTresse Snead has been hired as chief program officer at the National Park Foundation. Most recently, she was director of Building Healthy Cities at the Nature Conservancy.
Neil Sumilas, vice president for planning and management at the National Center for Family Philanthropy, has joined the Elizabeth Dole Foundation as vice president of operations.
Lauren Supplee, deputy chief operating officer and senior scholar in early childhood research at Child Trends, has been named senior program officer at the William T. Grant Foundation.
Lori Weaver, vice president of major gifts and campaign operations, has been promoted to vice president of advancement at Bethany College. Also, Karissa Hoffman has joined the college as director of planned giving and the endowed scholarship program. Most recently she was associate director of development for the College of Engineering at Wichita State University.
Departures
Jennifer Clarke, executive director of the Public Interest Law Center for 14 years, plans to step down in December.
Gail Harrity intends to depart the Philadelphia Museum of Art at the end of March 2021. She has worked at the museum since 1997, when she was hired as chief operating officer. She was promoted to president in 2009.
