Clinton Health Program Did Not ID Donors Until This Year

The Clinton Foundation did not fully disclose its donors while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state, apparently breaching a pledge she had made to the Obama administration, Reuters reports. The Clinton Health Access Initiative stopped making the annual disclosure in 2010, the year it was spun off from the foundation as a separate legal entity, and did not release any donor information until this year.

The effort focuses on reducing the cost of drugs for people with HIV in the developing world. A spokeswoman said the organization should have identified donors under Ms. Clinton's pledge and that failing to do so "was an oversight which we made up for this year."
