Crowdfunding Site Fundly Merges With Charity-Software Firm

Software provider NonProfitEasy has acquired Fundly, a crowdfunding platform popular with charities, Forbes reports, terming the union a signal of "the maturing of the crowdfunding industry."

NonProfitEasy produces an integrated, cloud-based tool for managing fundraising, events, voluntarism, and other tools of charity administration. The merged firm will take on the Fundly name, company President Mark Feinberg said, and aims to "to bring consistency across all products and to offer any organization, regardless of size, a seamless and affordable way to manage all their data needs."
