Kathy Partridge is executive director of Interfaith Funders, a network of grant makers committed to social change and economic justice. She has led several nonprofit organizations, worked in community organizing and development, and served as a program officer for the Needmor Fund for 10 years.

Jill Warren is the former executive director of the Methodist Federation for Social Action and a board member of Bolder Giving, a nonprofit that encourages philanthropy. She has directed, led, and advised nonprofits for more than 30 years and teaches courses in nonprofit management and grant seeking.
