High-Powered Coalition Seeks to Improve Job Prospects for Young People

Rework America aims to match job seekers having a tough time finding work with employers looking to fill at least 4 million midlevel jobs. The group wants to create an online job market where businesses can list skills, rather than educational accomplishments, needed for job positions. It would also list organizations that can help workers get the needed skills.
