Jeb Bush Education Charity Paid $3 Million to Adviser's Firm

Jeb Bush's Foundation for Excellence in Education paid $3 million in the past two years to a public-affairs firm led a political adviser to the former Florida governor and likely Republican presidential candidate, The Wall Street Journal reports.

The Revolution Agency ran online and broadcast campaigns touting improvements in Florida's public-school system, which Mr. Bush overhauled during his gubernatorial tenure. Mike Murphy, a partner in the firm, is also a leading adviser to Right to Rise, a political committee that has been raising money since January for Mr. Bush's prospective White House run.
