Jordan Kessler will take over as director of development. Mr. Kessler was the New York director of major gifts at the Natural Resources Defense Council, an environmental advocacy group. He previously helped launch the Stax Museum of American Soul Music and was director of Internet monitoring at the Anti-Defamation League.

Atlanta Symphony Orchestra

Jennifer Barlament, general manager at the Cleveland Orchestra, was appointed executive director.

Donna Gallup, chief executive officer of Lamp Community, will be chief executive officer of American Family Housing.

Dan Hanley, former director of development and public affairs at Urban Peak, will be director of development and communications at CASA of Los Angeles.

Basil Hero, vice president for marketing and communications at Asia Society, was named executive director of Positive Directions.

Virgil Jones Jr., president of LINK Unlimited, will be chief executive officer of Bottom Line.
