TV Broadcasters to Raise Money for Superstorm Victims

NBC will air a one-hour show Friday night to raise money for victims of Superstorm Sandy, according to The Washington Post. HBO will also broadcast the telethon, called "Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together," which will include performers Christina Aguilera, Sting, Bruce Springsteen, and others. Donations will go to the American Red Cross.

ABC is planning a "Day of Giving" on Monday, with programs from "Good Morning America" to "Jimmy Kimmel Live" urging viewers to give to relief efforts.
