Video: How Young People Can Make a Difference

Nancy Lublin, chief executive of the charity and founder of Dress for Success, believes young people often have an advantage over senior nonprofit executives in achieving social change.

To  make her point, she talks about her own encounter with the entrepreneur Donald Trump when she was 23.

Ms. Lublin's talk was recorded at a conference held by NextGen: Charity, a conference in New York. The Chronicle will be posting videos from the event weekly.
