Citi Foundation
Brandee McHale, who left last summer to lead the Wells Fargo Foundation and oversee its $1 billion pledge for affordable housing, is returning to Citi as managing director and head of community investing and development. She will also resume her position as president of the Citi Foundation.
McHale succeeds Bob Annibale, who is retiring.
Doris Duke Charitable Foundation
Ed Henry will step down as president and CEO in December after 12 years at the helm and 15 years at the $1.9 billion foundation. He also serves as president of the Duke Farms Foundation and the Doris Duke Foundation for Islamic Art. A successor has not yet been named.
Cynthia and George Mitchell Foundation
Randall Kempner, executive director of the Aspen Institute’s Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs, has been named CEO of this $253 million foundation in Austin, Tex. He succeeds Katherine Lorenz and will be the first chief executive who isn’t a member of the Mitchell family.
Marilu Hastings has also been promoted from vice president for sustainability programs to chief innovation and strategy officer.

Amy Braun, head of U.S. marketing and communications at Pai Technology, has been named president and CEO of HealthCorps, a wellness charity that was founded in 2003 by the television personality and medical doctor Mehmet Oz and his wife, Lisa.
Amanda Cage will become president and CEO of the National Fund for work force Solutions, beginning next month. Most recently she was chief program officer at the Chicago Cook work force Partnership.
Christopher Street, senior vice president and chief development officer at All Stars Project, has been promoted to president of this group that runs after-school programs for disadvantaged youths in cities nationwide.
Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta
The $1.1 billion community fund has made several new appointments.
Mary Cernilli has joined the foundation as director of investments. She was most recently a managing director at Emory Investment Management.
Alyssa Cobbs, manager of strategic projects, has been promoted to program officer for the foundation’s Strong Families program.
Katrina DeBerry, a program officer on its community team, will now also focus on the foundation’s Thriving Communities program.
Errika Moore, executive director of the Technology Association of Georgia Education Collaborative, has been hired as senior program officer for its Prosperous People program.
Alison O’Carroll is now a director and philanthropic counsel. Most recently she was executive director for the Office of Planned Giving at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
Lita Pardi, director of resource deployment, has been promoted to interim vice president of the foundation’s community organization.
Inspiring Service
The volunteer-management group in Cincinnati has hired three new executives.
Beth Guzior has been named chief revenue officer. She was senior district sales manager at Automatic Data Processing in Cincinnati until 2018.
Vanessa Mosley, regional chief development officer for the American Red Cross, based in Cincinnati, is now chief impact officer.
Tim Thomas has been appointed chief national community development director. He is the former CEO of Cadenas Part Solutions.

Daniel Jenuwine, executive director of the OCC Foundation and interim vice chancellor for marketing and communications, has been promoted to vice chancellor for advancement at Oakland Community College.
Heidi Overbeck, vice president of communications at the Gill Foundation, has been promoted to chief strategy officer.
Michael Nagy has been named managing director at Catholic Investment Services, a nonprofit group that advises Catholic institutions on how to invest their assets according to Catholic ethics. Most recently he was managing director for investor and consultant relations at Christian Brothers Investment Services.
Elena Chávez Quezada, senior director of the people pathway at the San Francisco Foundation, has been promoted to vice president of programs.
Departures
Steven Tennen, executive director of ArtsConnection since 1985, plans to step down in August.
Legacies
John Haydon, a digital-marketing consultant for nonprofit groups, died of cancer on February 8. He was 53.
