In the second annual survey by Nonprofit HR, a consulting company in Washington, 31 percent of those executives cited “attracting and hiring diverse talent” as their top priority in hiring. Nearly as many — 30 percent — said “building a diverse and inclusive work force” — which includes retaining staff — was their most important priority.
