Oklahoma City Public Schools Foundation
Former U.S. Rep. Kendra Horn, Democrat of Oklahoma, has been hired as president and CEO of the fundraising arm for the largest school district in the state. She is a lawyer who served in Congress from 2019 until 2021.
Horn follows Mary Malone Tully, who intends to retire at the end of the year after a decade at the helm.
Junior Achievement of Greater Washington
Monica Goldson will become its president and CEO on December 2. She will be its first Black woman leader when she succeeds Ed Grenier, who steered the organization for three decades.
Previously, Goldson was the superintendent of Prince George’s County Public Schools, in Maryland.
Stonewall Community Foundation
Elisa Crespo will be the LGBTQ community foundation’s next executive director, starting in November.
Since 2021, she has been executive director of the New Pride Agenda.

Allyson Bretch, interim vice president for university advancement at the University of West Georgia and CEO of the UWG foundation, has been named to the post permanently. She graduated from the university in 2014.
Erin Duffy, director of career services and employer relations at DePauw University, has been named executive director of Reading in Motion.
Allison Goodwin has been promoted to president and CEO of the Redwood Empire Food Bank. She has served as its interim leader since March, and previously was its director of programs.
Katherine McDonald, chief of staff at the San Diego Symphony Orchestra, will become CEO of Forever Balboa Park on November 13.
Amanda Neal, donor-relations coordinator at the Beebe Medical Foundation, has been tapped as executive director of the Qlarant Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the fraud-detection company Qlarant. She has served on the company’s board for eight years.
Laura Rhoden has been promoted from chief operating officer to CEO of Annie’s Place, a Dallas organization that provides child care for parents and guardians who are hospitalized. She follows its founder Natalie Boyle, who retired over the summer after 10 years at the helm.
Kei Williams, director of programs and strategic initiatives at the New Pride Agenda, will become its interim executive director on November 18.
Jason Zajac, a founder and partner at the philanthropic-advisory firm Celsinus Partners, has been tapped as president and CEO of the Andrew Jackson Foundation, which operates a museum on the site of the seventh president’s home. He replaces Howard Kittell, who led the organization for 16 years until his retirement in June.

Louisa Caçoilo has joined Echoing Green as vice president of finance and operations. Most recently she was vice president of finance, strategy, and operations at P33.
Allison Caudill, executive director of the Office of Alumni Relations and Development at Morehead State University, has been promoted to vice president for university advancement.
Kathryn Coleman, senior vice president and chief talent and diversity officer at 3M, has become vice president for culture at the Washburn Center for Children.
Gloria Gonzales-Dholakia has been promoted to vice president of alumni and public policy at the Jeremiah Program. She previously served as executive director of its Austin campus for the past two years.
Sarah Beth Lardie, director of advancement at InterFaith Works, has joined Social Current as chief development officer.
Nancy Mejía has joined the Weingart Foundation as its program officer for Orange County, Calif. Most recently she served as chief program officer at Latino Health Access.
Amy Routhier, interim vice president for institutional advancement at Albion College since April, will continue in the role permanently.
Hallie Ruvin has been promoted from vice president of global brand narrative and public affairs to senior vice president of communications and public affairs at Sesame Workshop. In addition, Aaron Bisman was promoted from vice president for audience development to senior vice president of marketing.
Monica Sevy has been hired as chief information officer at BlueHub Capital, a national nonprofit community development financing organization. Most recently she was vice president for information technology at Earthjustice.
Cindy Sizemore was promoted from director of development to executive director of alumni relations at Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
Stacy Waters will become vice president for Duke health development and alumni affairs at Duke University on November 4. Most recently she was president of the Roper St. Francis Foundation and vice president of Roper St. Francis Healthcare, in Charleston, S.C.
Departures
Melanie Bridgeforth plans to step down in February as president and CEO of the Women’s Foundation of Alabama. She has led the $6 million foundation since 2018.
Karla Miller will retire in the spring as program vice president at the Northwest Area Foundation. She has worked at the $528 million foundation since 2002.
Jennifer Olsen will depart in December after six years as CEO of the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers. Paurvi Bhatt, president and chief impact officer, will serve as interim CEO until a permanent successor has been named.
