Jie Jenny Zou covers fundraising for the Chronicle of Philanthropy. Before joining the Chronicle, she was a government accountability reporter for the Los Angeles Times DC bureau, where she specialized in public records access. Her investigations on the environment, climate change, and worker safety have been published in dozens of national and local publications spanning all platforms. She is an alumna of Stony Brook University and Columbia Journalism School.
