The Covid-19 crisis has created a climate of hyper-uncertainty for nonprofits: many charities face budget and fundraising shortfalls while demand for assistance skyrockets. The institute recently published “Event or an Era,” a guide to help grant makers and nonprofits plan ahead, based on interviews with more than 75 leaders.
