EXCITING DIRECT HIRE ROLE - OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Highly regarded, non-profit organization located in Mansfield, Ohio is currently seeking an Assistant Program Director.  The facility provides medically supervised care, 24-hour supervision, observation and support for individuals in a residential setting.  Intensive aftercare planning is also a critical service provided to individuals as well as family members.  Competitive salary (to attract top notch, dedicated talent),  comprehensive benefits including 403 B plan with employer contribution is offered with this career opportunity. Specific Responsibilities: *  Provide oversight of specified program components *  Orient and supervise program staff; ensure staff is trained in Agency procedures and relevant state and federal regulations *  Participate in program specific clinical teams *  Ensure operational budget for programs is reconciled; work closely with VP of Finance *  Coordinate facility compliance with licensing standards; coordinate upkeep of environment *  Serve as liaison with other agency divisions and other organizations in order to facilitate a continuum of care   


Must be a LICENSED RN in order to be considered for this opportunity *  Minimum of 3 years' experience in a drug and alcohol setting *  2 years' supervisory experience is required *  Knowledge of substance abuse treatment and mental health which reflects current treatment models *  Ability to effectively communicate and develop positive professional relationships with clients, staff/co-workers, and outside professionals *  Demonstrated ability to provide supervision, evaluation, and leadership to program staff *  Ability to manage fiscal component of program and adhere to budgetary guidelines
