Maura Pally, executive vice president at the Clinton Foundation, has been hired as executive director.
She succeeds Amy Stursberg, who has led the investment firm’s foundation since its creation in 2007.
Nathan Cummings Foundation
Kavita Nandini Ramdas has departed after four months as president and CEO of the $473 million foundation.
Rey Ramsey, a member of its Board of Trustees who served as interim president and CEO from 2020 until Ramdas started in October, has stepped back into his interim leadership role.
Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan
Richard DeVore, executive vice president and regional president of PNC Bank in Detroit and Southeast Michigan, will become president of the foundation on April 1.
He will succeed Mariam Noland, who was the first president of the community fund that now has $1.2 billion in assets. She is retiring after 36 years there.
Skoll Foundation
Alice Rhee is joining the $2.1 billion foundation as chief communications and partnerships officer.
She was previously the head of strategic partnerships and place-based philanthropy at the American Journalism Project.

Tahirah Amatul-Wadud, a lawyer in Springfield, Mass., who specializes in corporate, family, and civil-rights law, has been chosen to serve as executive director of the Massachusetts chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations.
Rita Hite, executive vice president of external relations and policy at the American Forest Foundation, has been promoted to president and CEO. She is the first woman leader in the conservation organization’s 40-year history.

Kanya Bennett, senior policy counsel and legislative coalition manager at the Bail Project, has been appointed managing director of government affairs at the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights and the Leadership Conference Education Fund. Erica Southerland has also joined the organizations as managing director of communications. Previously she was director of marketing and communications at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.
Alison Bryant has been appointed to the new position of chief research, data, and impact officer at the Sesame Workshop. She previously led the AARP’s Research Center and technology and digital-equity social-impact area. She also is the founder of PlayScience, a research and design firm that has worked with Sesame Workshop, Girl Scouts, and Disney.
Araceli Centeno has joined the McCune Foundation as a program officer. Most recently she was program director at Future Leaders of America.
Robert Cornegy Jr. has been appointed executive vice president of external affairs at the Doe Fund. He recently concluded eight years as a member of the New York City Council for the 36th District, representing the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood in Brooklyn.
Jaime Feeman has been promoted from director of finance and strategy to chief operating officer at Dog Tag Inc., a nonprofit group that helps veterans, military spouses, and caregivers to find work and community after they leave the military.
Lissy Garrison, assistant vice chancellor for development at the University of Denver, has been named vice chancellor for advancement at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
Abd’Allah Lateef, senior adviser and racial-equity specialist, and Heather Renwick, legal director, have been promoted to serve as co-deputy directors at the Campaign for Fair Sentencing of Youth.
Henry (Joe) Long Jr., executive director of development for libraries at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, has been named associate vice president for institutional advancement at American International College.
Cassie Sanchez, senior writing associate at Amherst College, has been appointed director of education at the Warrior-Scholar Project.
Yuma Tomes, chair of the department of psychology and philosophy at Sam Houston State University, has been appointed as the Horning Chair for Diversity, Equity, Access, and Inclusion at the Phillips Collection.
Chad Schwitters, founder of the data-visualization consulting firm Visify, and Katie Wehr, senior program officer at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, have joined the McKnight Foundation as senior program officers in its Vibrant and Equitable Communities program.
