GlobalGiving
Alix Guerrier, co-founder and outgoing president of the education technology company LearnZillion, will become CEO of GlobalGiving in November.
Tiffany Grunert, acting president and CEO of the Morris Animal Foundation, has been appointed permanently to the top role. She was the $78.5 million organization’s vice president for marketing and operations before stepping into the interim position in February.
Rickey McCurry, vice president for development and alumni affairs and programs at the University of Tennessee System, has joined the Northern Arizona University Foundation as its executive director. He will also serve as the university’s vice president for development and alumni relations.
Heidi McIntosh, deputy director of the National Association of Social Workers, has been named CEO of First Place for Youth.
Loren Harris will be chief program and strategy officer, a newly created role. He was previously vice president for programs at the Nathan Cummings Foundation.

Lauren Webster, chief financial officer of PolicyLink, has joined as chief financial officer. She succeeds Ed Weinsoff, who joined the foundation when it opened in 2008 and has now retired.

Josh Gerstman, director of philanthropy at the Green River College Foundation, has been named vice president at Highline College, overseeing its institutional-advancement office.
Nancy Giles, director of development at the Alley Theatre, will become chief development officer at the Houston Symphony next month.
Tamara Michel Josserand has been named vice president for advancement at the University of Redlands. Previously she was assistant dean and director of advancement at the University of Illinois at Chicago’s School of Public Health.
Angie Junck will join the Heising-Simons Foundation as director of human rights. She was most recently the supervising lawyer and director of immigrant-defense programs at the Immigrant Legal Resource Center.

Tim McMahon, senior associate vice president in the Office of University Advancement at Villanova University, has been named vice president for university advancement at Marquette University.
Lisa Murray has been promoted to chief investment officer at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, overseeing its portfolio of $2 billion in assets. She succeeds Mary McLean, who has retired after 20 years.
Jessica Polkhas joined the Charles and Margery Barancik Foundation as operations manager. She was previously corporate secretary and special assistant to the president and CEO at the Gulf Coast Community Foundation.
Patrick Sablich, deputy director of Invest in Kids, has been tapped as vice president of philanthropic services at the Rose Community Foundation.

Barbara Wolf, vice president for development at the National Apartment Association Education Institute, has been named vice president for philanthropy at the NHP Foundation, which creates affordable housing to low- and moderate-income families and seniors.
Departures
Henry Nemcik, president and CEO of the University of New Mexico Foundation, will retire after nine years in the role.
Cathy Tisdale, national president and CEO of Camp Fire for the past eight years, plans to retire, effective April 1.
