A group of survivors of the Oct. 7 attacks on Israel are suing two pro-Palestinian nonprofits in the United States, arguing that American Muslims for Palestine and National Students for Justice in Palestine are mouthpieces recruiting “foot soldiers” for the terrorist group Hamas and “coordinating the occupation of dozens of college campuses across the country.” AMP’s chair called the lawsuit “an Islamophobic text reeking in anti-Palestinian racism” and an attempt “to deflect from the live-streamed genocide in Gaza.” (Washington Post)
